This historic project includes the renovation of two locations, Thomas House and Worthington House. At Thomas House, the scope of work included interior lead abatement and renovation, repair and painting of areas where plaster was repaired or paint removed (~1,100 SF). Also, all interior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, mantles, stair risers, and trim on the interior of Thomas House were primed and repainted. The scope of work for Worthington Houses consisted of preparation of ~4,279 SF of exterior brick and mortar surfaces for paint removal, including protecting the surrounding surface of the house from contamination, removing components attached to the house (wires, gutters, etc.), exterior lead abatement of the masonry surfaces, repointing of approximately 1,000 LF of mortar joints, and cleaning and reinstalling wires, gutters, etc.
