Our project at the Hampton National Historic Site in Towson, MD for the National Parks Service is officially done! The Historic Hampton Mansion Cupola has been fully renovated, with all new cedar roofing, wooden elements, weather proofing, and fresh paint. Ritz Construction has been awarded a laboratory renovation project with the National Institute of Standards and Technology at their Gaithersburg, MD campus. The Ritz team is excited and ready to assist NIST in their efforts to modernize their laboratories!

We are excited to announce the award of our very first project with the Federal Highway Administration. Ritz will be assisting the FHWA with the renovation of their Turner-Fairbanks Laboratory, as well as the new construction of their on-site crash testing facility.

Ritz Construction Inc. was awarded the National Parks Service’s Shingle Roof replacement on a historic building at the Hampton National Historic Site in Towson, MD. Ritz is proud to once again assist the NPS on another historic renovation project.
