The Design-Build scope for this project included: renovating (2) vehicle testing facilities of 4,200 SF at Letterkenny Army Depot. One of the buildings was required to always remain in use, therefore we worked in phases to achieve the objective with limited laydown areas to work. The work included the replacement of the exterior metal roof and wall panels, insulation, interior metal wall panels, replacement of interior finishes, installation of new overhead roll up doors and structural frames, flooring, asbestos removal, construction of new gravel aprons, new electrical service and distribution, replacement of lighting systems and communications equipment, new underground plumbing, restrooms, and break rooms.
