The scope for this project included the selective renovation of a historical, three (3) story, 8,880 GSF, flag officer single family residence located on Fort Myer. The building required limited systems and components to be repaired, salvaged, or replaced, including historical window refurbishment, masonry expansion joint replacement, gutter and stormwater drainage piping and associated site work, sidewalk repair, sod, and landscaping, boiler system replacement, electrical panelboard and branch circuit/device replacement, exterior ventilation for two (2) bathrooms, and an attic exhaust system.
