This project consists of the removal and replacement of the roofing systems, concrete systems and metals systems totaling 110,150 SF. Work also includes replacing roofing accessories, such as access hatched and skylights and architectural finishes. The mechanical systems, HVAC equipment refurbishment, roof drains, ductwork, refrigerant piping, etc., also requires improvements. Electrical system repairs, interior light fixtures, exterior light fixtures, and lightning protection are also included in the scope of work.
