This project consisted of historic rehabilitation of Moses Cone Manor. The work on this project included exterior painting and historic siding repair or replacement, historic masonry repair of chimneys, historic columns and railings, repair via replacement of porch decking, historic repair of porch ceiling and door, window repair or replacement on the first floor, and replacement of rotten seals, columns, and balustrades. Also included was the demolition and installation of Enviroshake shingle roofing and removing/reglazing or replacement of a total of 91 windows and screens to preserve historical finishes.
