Construction of a new, ground up, Comfort Station across from the U.S. Marine Corps War Memorial. The Comfort Station features three bathrooms and one office for the National Park Service staff. The building was designed to comply with a Silver Level certification according to the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System. Ritz was proud to serve the National Park Service on this project to enhance the visitor experience at this memorial honoring the Marine Corps’ victory and sacrifice.
