NAVFAC Navy Yard Annex Building 4 Renovation

This was a four phase Historical Restoration of a Circa 1875 registered historic building completed with materials matching existing historical elements. The masonry restoration entailed mortar to be cut out and re-pointed, brick replacement to match existing, and scrubbed free of efflorescence. The painting scope included lead encapsulation, painting of all windows, wooden carriage doors, cornices, ridge vents, chimney caps, corbels, gutters and downspouts, along with new window caulking and wooden sill replacement due to deterioration and glazing.
