The scope of work for this project consists of the demolition of facilities. Included in the work is pre-demolition facility assessments, abatement/removal of asbestos containing materials, disconnection and capping of utilities, removal of pole mounted and pad mounted transformers, diversion and/or disposal of all demolition debris and materials, site restoration, and providing positive site drainage. Ritz self-performed 95% of the demolition work.
