This project scope included engineering design, heavy structural demolition and foundation removal of 10 buildings, totaling approximately 90,000 SF. Work included foundation removal, HAZMAT abatement, utility disconnection and abandonment, new utility services, erosion and sediment control measures and permits, site restoration, and paving. Ritz self-performed 80% of the demolition work.
