This is a design-build project of an Office of Counterterrorism and Emerging Threat (OCET) lab. The scope of work consists of the renovation of lab research spaces, a meeting room, and a shared office. Included in the work was selective demolition, electrical services, modifying the existing HVAC system, office furnishes, wall mounted monitors, workstation desks, installation of compressed air, eyewash, sink, drench shower, fire protection system, and biosafety cabinet.
