The scope of work included the “down to the stud” renovation of five historical, three story, duplex buildings. The residences required all systems and components to be repaired, salvaged, and/or replaced, including: slate roofing, gutters/downspouts; exterior masonry; helical pile foundations; exterior windows and doors; porches and exterior stairs; interior ceilings, staircases, flooring, doors, trim; historical woodwork restoration; interior kitchen and bathrooms; mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC; fire suppression system; site utilities; grading; drainage; land-scaping; stormwater management structures; waterproofing; floor-joist repairs; and ample hazardous material abatement.
