This was a design-build construction of a new 7,700-SF, LEED Silver Certified, mission critical operations and maintenance center. Exterior construction activities included: full site development package, site utilities, lift station, storm water ponds, landscaping, concrete paving and sidewalks. Interior construction activities included: concrete foundations, PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) erection, masonry & metal veneer, windows and store front aluminum doors, metal framing, drywall, insulation, security, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Ritz self-performed 100% of the construction management services and over 50% of the physical construction.
