Ritz Construction Inc. was founded by company Vice President Nicholas (Nick) Ritzer in 2000. He launched the firm as a commercial carpentry contractor, the business rapidly evolved into a general contractor

In 2007, Lien Cu-Ritzer joined the company with a background in Marketing and Industry Development. In 2013, she assumed her role as President of Ritz Construction by providing all strategic planning, account management, and business development.

In 2008, the company began its first government project. The company has further expanded into the government market and works on several military bases as well as for several federal agencies.

In 2017, Kirk Garvin joined the company as a Superintendent, with over twenty-five years of construction experience. He has grown with the company and worked his way up to General Superintendent and is now Vice President of Operations.
